Based on defensacentral.com, Real Madrid were forced to delay an announcement of the club's players as due to players leaving suddenly. Karim Benzema, Eden Hazard and Marco Asensio have all announced that they will not be staying at the club as well as Benzema and Asensio's announcements surprise everyone involved, including the club.

    

Being the one who was Madrid and Adidas the main players, Benzema would have been an integral part of the promotional materials to promote the new uniform. Asensio was another Adidas player, but although Hazard was not a regular player due to a number of injuries throughout his time with the club an extremely well-known names from the squad.

Three players were prominently featured in the commercials of the brand new jersey which were released a few some time ago, which means Adidas Real and Real will have to perform an update featuring players who would wear the shirt next season. They were planning to launch the shirt prior to their last game in the season 22-23 on Sunday, however recent events have threw off the plans.
